We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Project Analyst to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of Veeva Vaults projects.
Role Overview: As a Project Analyst, you will play a critical role in tracking project performance, analyzing data, and providing insights to ensure smooth and efficient project transitions. You will be involved in all stages of the migration lifecycle, working with a variety of Veeva Vaults (RIM, Quality, Clinical) to ensure progress is aligned with the goals of the Global Clinical Systems (GCS) organization. The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams and managing risks and dependencies effectively.
This position reports directly to the GCS PMO Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and actively participate in all RIM and Quality Veeva project meetings, including configuration meetings and requirement sprint meetings, translating needs and actions for GCS.
- Coordinate with the Veeva team to ensure meetings are scheduled in advance and the necessary stakeholders are informed.
- Work closely with the GCS PMO, line management, and SMEs to resolve conflicts and ensure meeting attendance.
- Pull relevant documents from GDMS and compile approval flows prior to configuration meetings.
- Provide weekly status reports to senior leadership, including actions, needs, and risks.
- Identify GDMS documents in scope across GCS lines and assist in identifying system owners and related tools.
- Assist with training and change management deliverables and represent GCS in Veeva change management and training meetings.
- Ensure alignment with line project standards and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and dependencies.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
