We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, quality products and are currently seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to oversee operations at our facility.
CANDIDATE:
The Call Center Manager will oversee a small team of 10~14 call center employees. The ideal candidate will have knowledge managing or supervising a customer service team. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient call center operations, coaching team members, and improving customer satisfaction. If you have experience in a call center environment and strong leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
