RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations and Administration
- Manage multiple streams of work & details simultaneously on a weekly basis.
- Calendar Management: Maintain schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless alignment of team calendars.
- Timeline Oversight: Track and ensure adherence to all project deadlines and organizational milestones.
- File Organization: Create and maintain organized, easily accessible file systems for documents, reports, and key materials.
- Communication Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries, managing emails and correspondence.
- Ensure alignment and coordination across teams within the organization
Social Media
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the restaurant teams to develop and design engaging content for social media platforms.
- Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor social media posts to ensure consistent and timely engagement.
- Website Updates: Assist with website content updates to reflect current events, menus, and company news.
- Email Marketing: Draft and schedule email campaigns to promote events, offerings, and initiatives.
- Influencer: Coordinate influencer and VIP clients across restaurants and catering platforms
Event Coordination
- Liaise between the client and Oberon management teams to ensure seamless execution of the event.
- Maintain profiles of online sites like Splacer, Peerspace, Gigster, etc
- Logistical Support: Assist with scheduling, material preparation, and day-of-event needs to ensure smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative, event coordination, or social media management role.
Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Technical: Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Dropbox) and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Squarespace), Canva and InDesign are a plus
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative: A knack for crafting compelling content and storytelling across digital platforms.
Salary : $165 - $185
