COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $100,000 to $150,000 salary range based on relevant experience.

ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
We are seeking two (2) Quality Control Managers (QCM) for the two $100Mil military projects both design to build large Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) on board Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA.
*Start Date is the end of November/Beginning of December 2024.
**Ideal candidate will have multi-level large apartment building experience. Either Civilian or military construction QC experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality management duties including quality of the works, material management, documentation, and close-out to ensure safe, quality, efficient, and effective project execution.
- Directs inspections, documents, and updates appropriate records quickly and accurately.
- Read specifications and resource documents to determine requirements and planning procedures.
- Responsible for leading and managing quality processes including submittals, shop drawings, and as-builts.
- Creates and implements project specific inspection and test plans and quality control plans.
- Perform the USACE three phases of control, Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up.
- Supports Site Safety to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with safety procedures.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Must meet the qualifications of any of (A), (B) or (C):
- Licensed Professional Engineer with five (5) years of relevant construction experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent) with seven (7) years of relevant construction experience.
- Ten (10) years of relevant construction experience. Relevant construction experience includes any work requiring oversight of construction quality and adherence to plans and specifications. This could include work as a crew foreman, quality control manager, assistant quality control manager, superintendent, or combination thereof to meet the relevant construction experience requirement.
Additional Must haves
- Construction QC experience on military or civilian construction projects of $20Mil or greater is required.
- Knowledge of OSHA and Federal EM-385 requirements and hazard identification and safety compliance.
- Experience on large ground-up; Military/Federal/DOD; vertical projects is preferred but not required.
- Current certificate for 'Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors'.
- Working knowledge of Procore document control system.
- US Citizenship is a must for access to US Military Installations.
