We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to join our clinic team. This vital role is essential for the seamless operation of our business and administrative functions. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide a combination of administrative, financial, and operational support, allowing the business manager to concentrate on strategic and managerial responsibilities. Your contributions will be key to maintaining the clinic's efficiency and success.
Responsibilities
- Problem-Solving: Address any operational issues or unexpected challenges that arise, providing solutions or escalating as needed.
- Calendar Management: Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and conferences for the business manager, including coordinating with external vendors or partners.
- Correspondence: Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the business manager. This includes drafting and proofreading documents and reports.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and service providers, handle procurement of office supplies and equipment, and manage contracts.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for business meetings or board reviews.
- Special Projects: Support or lead special projects, such as implementing new software systems or organizing clinic events.
Requirements
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling correspondence and interacting with various stakeholders.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing documents and data.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address issues and implement solutions efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
