What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fragrance Sales, Freelance position at The PCA Group?
Premiere Marketing Services is searching for Best-in-Class fragrance sales professionals to deliver exemplary customer experiences while exceeding their sales goals. As one of our elite team of highly skilled fragrance experts, you will utilize your product expertise and interpersonal skills to create a personalized in-store experience which educates and engages our customers.
You will be working as an essential member of our high-performing team to ensure a Best-in-Class luxury fragrance experience by partnering with store management and associates. You will communicate your understanding of key product differences to clients and guide their purchases by identifying their needs and preferences. This role also includes responsibilities of monitoring standards in merchandising and event execution.
Qualifications:
- All applicants must have a proven sales record.
- Ability to provide authentic, exceptional, personalized customer service.
- Ability to embrace training materials and utilize knowledge to drive positive sales results.
- Ability to understand and communicate sales goals on a daily and weekly basis.
- Ability to communicate with store personnel to deliver brand and product information and build effective, lasting partnerships with store management and associates.
- Ability to work retail hours (Days, Evenings, Weekends)
Expectations:
- Freelancers are expected to work between 15-25 hours per week (30 hours during peak times, for example, the week of Mother's Day)
- Hours will vary but should follow peak periods in a retail environment. (Evenings and weekends)
- Salary is commensurate upon experience ($20.00-$25.00 per hour)
