An ideal candidate would be fully licensed (Series 6/63/65 or 7/66 with Life and Health License), have 2-4 years of experience in the financial planning industry, and have an existing market. This role has full benefits, including medical, dental, 401k, Profit sharing, and Cash Balance Pension Plan (all retirement contributions = 12% if the employee puts in 5%). Compensation is a reflection of a $50,000 base salary plus commission.
