As a member of the TPG team, you will be responsible for delivering approximately 150 - 300 packages (higher during peak periods) per day over a 10-hour shift or until route is completed. We provide the uniforms, delivery vehicles, technology, paid training program, and a leadership team dedicated to your success! Duties and Responsibilities

· Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.

· Use hand held device for routing information as well as customer delivery information.

· Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.

· Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Drivers load and unload packages to be delivered

· Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers. Drivers are expected to follow up on customer requests or problems with a solution-oriented approach keeping customers informed of delivery progress.

· Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:

· Lift packages up to 50 lbs.

· Drives a delivery van up to 10,000 pounds to many customer residences and businesses, climbs in and out of the van, walks up and down stairs as required to deliver packages according to established procedures

• Must be flexible; routes may vary and may be delayed due to rural areas, traffic from on road congestion, construction, or other factors
• Set your own schedule, but there may be adjustments including: additional hours and potential schedule changes depending on the time of the year and peak seasons and other factors. Front half scheduling consists of Sunday - Friday, back half scheduling is Monday - Saturday to ensure even spread throughout the week.
• Shifts are available 7 days per week; approximate hours are from 10:15 am until route is complete. Drivers typically work four 10 hour shifts each week with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break and two 15 minute paid breaks each day.

Basic Requirements

· Eligible to work in the U.S.

· At least 21 years of age

· Proficient in English

· Sufficient to meet US DOT standard of ability to read road signs and communicate with regulatory personnel

· Must be willing to wear provided uniform and closed toe shoes

· Self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced, self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude

· Holds high ethical standards at all times

· Proven track record of reliability

· Prior professional driving experience

· Prior experience representing a well-regarded consumer brand with professionalism

· Excellent attention to detail with the skill set to problem solve independentlyDemonstrate strong communication skills
