ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MATERIAL HANDLER / HOPPER FILLER:
* Order materials from the warehouse as needed.
* Clean the grinders.
* Supply grind labels to the floorpeople.
* Deliver materials to the proper work center in a timely manner.
* Clean presses prior to color changes / clean press after color change
* Move feeder, proportional loaders, hoppers and driers as required.
* Regularly climb up and down ladders
* Must operate a pallet jack. May be required to operate a forklift.
* Return unused material and regrind to the warehouse.
* Periodically check and record the tower dryer temperatures.
* Know all relevant SOP's.
* Must be able to meet the attendance requirement for the position.
* Participate as a team player.
* Operate and maintain liquid color units
3rd shift, 11:30 PM - 8 AM, Sun night-Fri morning
