What We're Looking For
- Ability to assist guests making reservations at the hotel and restaurant(s).
- Registering guests into the hotel.
- Verifying guest's method of payment.
- Represents the hotel to the guests and visitors throughout all stages of the guest's stay.
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service relations.
- Previous experience in a hotel or casino a plus but not required.
