P/T Advisor Administrative Assistant
15-20 hours per week
- Excellent verbal communication and have the ability to interact effectively with external contact
- Must demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Must consistently exercise discretion in handling client interactions and information
- Must be proficient with applicable computer applications, including managing Outlook e-mail and calendar, MS Word
- MS Excel
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Three years office clerical experience
- Position is for 15 hrs/week

Responsibilities
- As a PT Advisor Assistant you will be responsible for
- Providing administrative support to the Financial Advisor
- Scheduling appointments with clients
- Maintaining an accurate calendar for the advisor
- Providing appropriate documentation for client appointments
- Assist with transaction follow up and updates for clients
- This position will not perform selling duties, nor advise clients
- Managing our event calendar
