Our Early Intervention program serves a remarkable 95% of all Greater Lawrence children who are referred to our Early Intervention services! As an Early Invention new hire, you will participate in a paid 8-week onboarding program learning how Early Intervention helps children and families in a home-based setting, establishing supportive working relationships, participating in personal development, and mentoring programs, and creating your own flexible work schedule.

Our Early Intervention Program Registered Nurses work on a full-time, part-time or fee-for-services basis. RNs assess, develop, and implement nursing in-home services for children birth to three with developmental delays or risk factors for delays while also working with their families. Nursing services may include conducting developmental evaluations, providing support and referrals to community agencies, doctors, other health professionals, and collaborating with our talented team of therapists. The RN participates in the individualized coordination of services through in-person visits in the Andover, North Andover, Methuen, and Lawrence communities. Early Intervention provides a paid 8-week orientation program and on-going team support.

Job Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts R.N professional license
• Pediatric experience working with special needs children ages birth to 3 and/or experience working in a home-based setting preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A Plus: bilingual Spanish
