Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
What You Bring
- Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: Eligibility for medical licensure in Connecticut, Florida, or South Carolina (based on preferred location).
- Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in outpatient care is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a patient-first approach.
