Job Description:
As a Google Ads Manager at The RAM Group, you will be at the forefront of our automotive clients' digital advertising strategies. You’ll have the opportunity to shape campaigns that drive measurable success, optimize results, and stay ahead of industry trends. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Vehicle Ads (VA’s).
- Analyze performance data and make recommendations to improve ROI, CTR, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with client branding and objectives.
- Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes and industry trends to keep campaigns competitive.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure goals are met.
- Create and maintain A/B testing frameworks to refine campaign effectiveness over time.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2 years) managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on performance optimization. Experience with Vehicle Ads (VAs) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decisions.
- Familiarity with Google Ads Manager and related tools.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Google Ads Certification is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for client and team collaboration.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
