The Program

Recruiters will have the choice during their first year to determine their preferred career path at Ranger... stay in recruitment long-term and look to advance in our Recruiting organization or apply to join our Sales Preparation Program (SPP), with the goal of moving into a Sales Account Management role. Both Technical Recruiters and Sales Account Managers are mentored directly by Sr. Leadership with decades of experience and success in the industry. The Technical Recruiter Role

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, submission, and placement of qualified candidates for our client's job openings.
• Ongoing relationship management with a book of technical contractors/consultants that are on assignment through Ranger as well as prospective placements.
• Ability to build relationships and trust with clients and co-workers.
• Partake in regular team-building activities such as philanthropic events, happy hours, and team/company gatherings.

The Sales Account Manager Role

• Responsible for new business development activities.
• Ongoing relationship management with active accounts.
• Ability to build relationships and trust with clients and co-workers.
• Partake in regular team-building activities such as philanthropic events, happy hours, and team/company gatherings.
