Job Description
Job Title: Beverage Cart Attendant
Department: Food & Beverage (F&B)
Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Event Coordinator
Summary: The Redding Country Club is looking to add experienced, professional individuals to its already strong service team. The priority of the service team at RCC is to ensure the members and their guests have a pleasant and memorable experience while enjoying the club. They must be enthusiastic, personable and able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. They must possess a high standard of quality and attention to detail. Must have strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keeps the member experience as the top priority
- Anticipates the needs of members and guests and ensures that service meets/exceeds expectations
- Inspects the beverage cart prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available; requests additional supplies as necessary
- Provides an excellent experience through positive and friendly interactions with members and guests
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart at all times (beginning of, during, and at the end of each shift)
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of all beverage storage areas throughout the day
- Maintains communication with aforementioned Managers (see "reports to")
- Other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Able to work flexible hours; weekend, and holiday availability is required
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 30 pounds
- Proficient in computer skills including POS systems (JONAS is a plus)
- Professional appearance appropriate for a country club
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Must exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to accommodate members and guests to exceed their expectations
- Basic knowledge of varieties of wine, beer and liquor
- Friendly and outgoing personality is essential while maintaining professionalism
- Able to work well with others and foster an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation
- Exceptional communication and organization skills with a meticulous eye for detail
