What are the responsibilities and job description for the Local Class A Driver position at The Rock Group?
We are a leading carrier in the transportation industry specializing in all dedicated freight. There is an immediate opening on our team for a Class A Flex Driver on one of our dedicated automotive accounts. This opportunity offers a guaranteed weekly pay and guaranteed weekend home time!
This is a Flex Driver position which means you'll be filling in for other drivers when needed, delivering auto parts to dealerships. The ideal candidate should be willing to run both SOLO & TEAM routes.
Here is some additional info...
- Home daily most of the time - occasionally you will fill in on a team route and be home weekends
- Monday - Friday, 5pm start time
- $1,350 weekly GUARANTEED pay for solo routes (you can earn more $$$)
- $1,550 weekly GUARANTEED for team routes (you can earn more $$$)
- $500 New Hire Transition Bonus paid on 2nd check
- Delivering auto parts to dealerships
- 100% Driver Unload (loose package pieces, bumpers, etc.)

Class A Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months tractor trailer experience required
- Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
