In collaboration with the After-School Program Director (ASPD), School Principal, and Vice Principal, and Preschool Director, the After School Program Assistant is responsible for the direct supervision of preschool students after school releases each weekday. This includes A) supervising student play, B) supervising students during outside activity play, and C) maintaining a safe and clean after-school preschool environment for students.
Requirements
- A professional, positive, and engaging demeanor
- 12 units of early education credits for qualification as a preschool teacher per CA preschool licensing requirements
- A lived Catholic faith
- Experience working in an elementary school setting
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
