We are currently hiring for Customer Care Representative near Montgomery, AL.

What will you do as a Customer Care Representative?

• Manage a large volume of cash.
• Assist with taking calls for the Call Center; offer products and services.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete customer information.
• Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Who qualifies for the Customer Care Representative position?

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Prior cash handling experience strongly preferred
• Prior call center experience helpful
• Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer focused candidate with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with ability to effectively interact with others to achieve success

What hours will the Customer Care Representative work?

• Monday – Friday, 8:00M – 5:00PM
• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Contract position, 1 year, subject to change

How much will you earn as a Customer Care Representative?

• Starting pay is $14, based on experience
