Sales/Customer Experience Team Member

Compensation: $20–$21 per hour
Schedule: Part-time shifts available:
- Monday through Friday: 3:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

With locations in Henderson and Summerlin, and an ambitious expansion plan, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our Customer Experience Team. This team is critical to ensuring smooth communication with families and delivering an exceptional onboarding and service experience.
Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Team Member, you will play an essential role in engaging with parents of both potential and existing students. You’ll act as a key point of contact, providing information, driving the sales process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive approach to customer service and sales.
Responsibilities
- Communication:
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and support sales initiatives.
- Onboarding:
- Assist parents through the onboarding process by responding to questions and providing detailed information about our services.
- Facilitate facility tours and explain how our programs meet the needs of their children.
- Sales Support:
- Actively engage in the sales process by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by ensuring parents feel confident in their decision to choose Sapience.
- Customer Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or education-related roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage inbound/outbound communication effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing customer needs.
- Familiarity with basic sales techniques and customer relationship management tools is a plus.
