Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including driving to appointments or social activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years' of age and eligible to work in the US
- High school diploma or GED Plus (1) year of paid work experience as PCA/HHA
- Completion of a NYS Department of Health approved Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) training program with certification.
- Reliable transportation a must, and proof of vaccination. Requirement to pass all background checks including criminal, medical.

Pay: $18.10 - $19.50 per hour
