Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced culinary environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, counters, and sinks.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in their designated areas.
- Participate in cleaning tasks during off-peak hours to maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
Experience
While previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, catering service, or similar food service environment is preferred, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn. Familiarity with food handling practices and basic culinary skills will be advantageous. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting are essential for success in this role.
