Special Education Teaching Assistant

Available Locations: South San Francisco Unified School District

Pay: $27.50- $29.50 an hour

Responsibilities:

· Assist students 1:1 or in a group within a classroom environment

· Work with student’s grade K – 12th

· Assist with various behavioral levels mild to severe in a special education classroom

· Assist with toileting and diapering as needed

Training:

· Autism training

· 4-hour online training in ABA basics

Qualifications:

· HS Diploma 60 college credits or higher

· school based experience preferred

· Previous special education experience

Preemployment Testing:

· Criminal background check & LiveScan

· TB test
