The Stewart Organization is Hiring an Office Equipment Field Service Technician Near San Antonio, TX
Job DescriptionEstablished, stable and rapidly growing copier/printer sales and service company is looking to hire qualified printer technicians to provide outstanding field service support in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area for Canon Multi-function copiers and HP printers. We've been in the business for over 40 years, and have a reputation for being the best, our service is second to none. We accept entry-level technicians with a background in electronics or mechanical troubleshooting, education, or repair and copier technicians trained with other manufacturers. We will surround you with Senior technicians in the shop to assist you as you get trained on the Canon Office equipment products.
Job Description:Our technicians are expected to perform break/fix repairs on a variety of printer models. Technician's can expect to work on the portfolio of Canon and HP office equipment products. Expect to spend some time in our setup shop in our Irving office, acclimating to our company, and meeting our team. Once trained, you will ride along with a senior service technician, and learn our operations. Technicians are expected to have a positive attitude, and provide top notch customer service when taking service calls and interacting with our clients. You will carry a stock of parts in your car, and respond to calls in an effort to maximize first call efficiently by performing a total service call, and keeping call backs to a minimum. You will work closely with our dispatch and service management teams on a daily basis.

Sound judgment and decision making
Ability to communicate quickly and with good detail
Mechanically and electrical repair inclined
2 years office equipment repair experience
Requirements:Must pass a state and federal background check
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Additional Details:This is a full-time job with health, dental benefits, vision benefits, life insurance, gym reimbursement, and 401k with company match. The primary hours are Monday-Friday 8-5. Monthly incentive bonuses, and mileage reimbursement on top of your hourly wage.
