What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Admin position at The Strainrite Companies?
- Prepare daily invoices to customers
- Customer accounts maintenance and new customer set up
- Input ACH/wire, check, and credit card receipts in accounting system
- Maintain accounts receivables and collections and follow up as necessary
- Input credit and debits to the accounting system.
- General ledger entries
- Develop and maintain regular reports via the company’s accounting system, and spreadsheets.
- Customer Service support and back-up
- General office admin support and back-up
- Admin support for production

- Experience with accrual accounting and account analysis
- Ability to conduct financial analysis effectively
