Field Customer Service Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
• Engage with customers at their doors, building trust and creating meaningful connections.
• Answer questions about products and services while addressing customer concerns professionally and effectively.

Sales and Product Knowledge:
• Understand and clearly explain product benefits, tailoring solutions to meet individual customer needs.
• Present services in a confident and friendly manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Team Engagement and Training:
• Work closely with your team, sharing tips and strategies to enhance success in the field.
• Participate in hands-on coaching sessions to refine your communication and sales skills.

Goal Achievement and Reporting:
• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve processes.
