What You'll Do :
As a key leader in IT Delivery, you'll be accountable for end-to-end management of strategic projects, programs, and portfolios. You'll work across the systems development lifecycle, collaborating with IT and business leaders—including executive sponsors—to deliver impactful results.
- Lead Transformation Initiatives : Manage projects and portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : Build and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Drive Agile Excellence : Oversee Agile Release Trains (ART) and sprint planning, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Manage Risks and Budgets : Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks while maintaining project budgets and schedules.
- Build and Inspire Teams : Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure Quality Delivery : Define and monitor metrics, oversee test plans, and manage project documentation to meet PMO standards.
What We're Looking For :
7 years leading system development projects, ideally SAP S4 Hana transformation and integration.
Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
Project Management (PMI) or Agile Certification.
