The Benefits & Wellness Specialist will primarily be responsible for assisting the Head of Benefits and Wellness in managing and administering TCW’s employee benefit programs for both U.S. and international offices and collaborating with colleagues in HR on initiatives and projects. This position will interact with internal clients across the organization and will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees receive comprehensive and competitive benefits, enhancing their overall satisfaction and well-being. The ideal candidate must have knowledge and experience in administration of benefit and wellness programs.
Estimated Compensation:
Base Salary: For CA based position, the base salary range is $90-$130k . This is an anticipated range only.
Other Compensation: Eligible to be considered for an annual discretionary bonus
