The Tiffen Company, the world-wide leader in photographic accessories, seeks a creative and detail-oriented User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and our digital and non digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across various platforms.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
- Email Marketing Design/ Logo designs
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and design specifications.
- Create visually appealing layouts that adhere to web accessibility standards.
- Design responsive web interfaces, website that provide seamless experiences across devices.
-Assist with various Marketing projects including Product Photography
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital design and user experience.
*Experience*
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual designs.
- Strong understanding of UI principles, layout design, and responsive web design techniques.
- Experience with Shopify and Klavyio is required.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design, including digital, print and package design.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards to ensure inclusivity in design solutions.
- General knowledge of photography and experience with a DSLR or Mirrorless camera system.
- Experience in Video Editing (Non-inear Editing) programs such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Previous experience in digital design or related fields is preferred.
