SMS Chat QA Lead

· Test Management Tools (in order of importance)

SMS Chat QA Lead

Qualifications/Skills Needed:
Strong Communications Skills
- must have experience working in the Agile framework
- must work with Product Manager, Scrum Master and Dev Lead to understand requirements
- must work with teams of QA testers
- must be able to identify and escalate issues quickly and to the right teams
Strong Leadership Skills
- must be able to create Testing Strategy for PI, broken down into test plan for sprint work
- must be able to train new QA testers on Chat / Initialization testing methodology
- must be able to delegate work to QA testers and troubleshoot their testing issues
- must be able to extract reports from various testing tools
Strong Testing Skills – Experience with:
- Chat/SMS testing
- IVR Requirements/Data Mapping and estimating work effort
- Identifying the IVR conditions for requesting test data
- Requesting test data, preparing data and validating testing data using postman/Soap UI
- Identifying test cases from requirements
- Writing and executing test cases in TOSCA & Cyara
- AWS console
- DynamoDB
- API Gateway
