Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Web Design and Maintenance:
- Support website updates and maintenance, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate on web design projects to enhance functionality and visual appeal.
- Graphic Design:
- Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, flyers, and banners.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Event Planning and Support:
- Assist in coordinating marketing efforts for events, including outreach, materials, and on-site support.
- Contribute to brainstorming and executing innovative event marketing strategies.
- General Marketing Support:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns.
- Help prepare reports on campaign performance and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or working toward completion) in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, PPC platforms, and web design tools (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
