Job Title: Pilates Instructor
Reports to: Fitness Director
The Union League of Philadelphia is looking for a mat Pilates instructor to teach a few group classes per week. There is the opportunity for one-on-one personal Pilates sessions as well.
Job Description:
- Pilates instructors are responsible for supporting members in their Fitness journey by creating a positive member experience and a safe environment for members to learn
- Class schedule will be decided upon discussion of instructor’s availability
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops safe programs that help members achieve their goals
- Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions and classes
- Instructs both private and group Pilates classes
- Promotes Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to members
- Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates area
Position Requirements:
- 1 year of personal training experience
- Experience in Pilates program design
- Certified Pilates Trainer
- CPR and AED Certified
