Perform administrative and customer service related tasks for the Parking Services department to support in-office sales and operations. Apply standard business and customer service practices with professional guidance and supervision in a small business environment with advanced computer software, money handling procedures, and customer interactions on a large scale.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification In Position
No prior experience necessary.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies
Ability to multi-task. Good customer service skills. Basic keyboard/computer skills. Basic language, spelling, communications, and math skills.
Physical Demands
Sit for long periods of time in one location.
Is this a Position of Trust? Yes Does this position have operation, access, or control of financial resources? Yes Does this position require a P-Card? No Is having a P-Card an essential function of this position? No Is driving a requirement of this position? No Does this position have direct interaction or care of children under the age of 18 or direct patient care?
