Warehouse Associate
Warehouse Associates will work on a fast passed and complex filling and packaging assembly line. Your work assignment may change daily to include tasks such as packing line, operate packaging machinery, stage product or shipping containers, meet productivity numbers, be assigned to special projects such as inventory cycle counts, re-labeling, or other manual general warehouse or production tasks.

Assigned to any of the following activities or tasks or other warehouse/distribution/filling production duties as determined by business need for assigned location.
- Production line work: filling, capping, trigger placement, pick, pack, seal, stack.
- Product transport, including lifting overhead to fill conveyor systems, organizing components for machine use.
- Box assembly and staging
- Labeling
- Loading and unloading
- Palletizing
- Shrink wrap.
- Cleanup tasks
- Documentation processing
- Shipping and Receiving tasks.
- Quality

- Machine Operation

Knowledge-Skills-Abilities
Education:
- GED required or H.S. Diploma
Experience (years and topics):
- Highly desire to have 1 year experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production facility that is complex and fast paced.
- Accustomed to fast paced and complex manufacturing standards for meeting production goals daily.
- Knowing of fast paced work output procedures respectful to various stages of the production or warehouse process.
- Extremely safety conscience for oneself and others.
- Personal organization expected including on-time for start times, meal and rest periods, proper gear, proper safety glasses, shoes, no jewelry, and dress code.
- Must be able and willing to follow directions including switching workday assignments.
- Must participate successfully within disciplined work setting, embracing the TEAM success mindset, to meet client and customer service levels.
- Reasonable capacity to problem solves or know to ask for help.
Technology/Software:
- Prior use of electronic timeclock.
- RF or electronic inventory tracking highly preferred.
Communication:
- Proficient with taking work direction in English.
- Proficient with reading and writing in English proficiently enough to communicate with co-workers, complete basic topic specific documents, and respond to management as inquired.
- Able to manage oneself when interacting with anyone in a productive and respectful manner at all times.
Physical Capabilities
Environment:
- No allergies to raw material concentrate, bulk finished product, or other chemical fragrance intolerances.
- Able to wear necessary protective gear which may vary based upon work assignment.
Movement:
- Various types of manual labor, including but not limited to extended time periods of standing, walking, rotating, and lifting various weights, use of all limbs on a regular basis and on demand.
- Regular and constant use of finger, hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder.
Hearing:
- Able to properly and safely be aware of surroundings using as many of the five senses as possible to not be in harms way of injury to self or injury to others.
- Capable of tolerating warehouse environment noises that are loud, recurring, hurried, and in multiple languages at times.
Vision:
- Able to properly and safely be aware of surroundings using as many of the five senses as possible to not be in harms way of injury to self or injury to others.
- Needs to be able to distinguish hazards that are color coded, in multiple languages, or other means to visually identify information.
MISCELLANEOUS
Travel: Able to commute to assigned work location; may change based on labor demand but within a 115-mile radius of primary work address.
