This is a commission-based role with opportunities for multiple income streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a personal brand on social media platforms to attract potential clients.
  • Create and implement social media strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Engage with online communities to build relationships and drive business.
  • Stay informed on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into your real estate marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align personal branding with company objectives.
  • Complete the team New Agent Launch program.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • 3 years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
