Your responsibilities
- Live our vision, mission, and values every day
- Provide a 5-star experience to every person you encounter
- Qualify and educate customers on our products and services
- Grow and maintain a loyal customer base
- Take care of people throughout all phases of the customer experience—from the first point of contact through delivery, and beyond
- Execute selling within our brand standards and operating procedures
- Ensure sales goals and key performance metrics are achieved
- Represent the Ashley brand through communication, personal style, and professionalism
- Maintain a strong interest in design, style, and trends

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
