Your responsibilities

• Live our vision, mission, and values every day
• Provide a 5-star experience to every person you encounter
• Qualify and educate customers on our products and services
• Grow and maintain a loyal customer base
• Take care of people throughout all phases of the customer experience—from the first point of contact through delivery, and beyond
• Execute selling within our brand standards and operating procedures
• Ensure sales goals and key performance metrics are achieved
• Represent the Ashley brand through communication, personal style, and professionalism
• Maintain a strong interest in design, style, and trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
