The Role: Entry Level Sales/Marketing Representative
As a Sales/Marketing Associate, you’ll be responsible for generating highly qualified sales appointments by engaging in door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories. This is an entry-level position that offers a clear pathway to six-figure earnings and is perfect for those who are hungry to learn, motivated to succeed, and passionate about taking their career to the next level. We will teach you our proven appointment selling system and the results are up to you!
What You’ll Do
- Generate Leads: Knock on 80-100 doors per day in designated areas, identifying homeowners in need of home improvement services.
- Engage and Qualify: Use your people skills to communicate with homeowners and set up qualified sales appointments.
- Accurate Data Tracking: Use company-provided tools to record and track accurate data about each potential lead.
- Work Independently: Travel to and work in assigned territories while representing The Window Store Inc. with professionalism.
- Stay Organized: Keep detailed and accurate records of prospects, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
- Master Appointment Selling Methodology: Learn and implement The Window Store Inc. Appointment Sales Methodology and stay updated on the company’s current promotions and offerings.
- Collaborate: Share feedback with leadership and team members on ways to improve the canvassing process and drive better results.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to manage your appointments and keep accurate records.
- Full-time Availability: Available to work 40 hours a week on a consistent basis. What’s In It for You?
