Who are we looking for?
The Womb Wellness Center is currently looking for an experienced, confident, personable, and self-motivated individual, with the ability to work both independently and part of a team! There are strong customer service aspects to this role, so the perfect candidate will have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills! The candidate must be self-assured, and take initiative when needed!
What are the Duties of this Job?
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and directing inquiries
- Managing client information and preparing information for providers
- Check out clients and assist in maintaining financial data
- Performing data entry tasks
- Optimizing provider schedules
- General upkeep, laundry, and cleaning of studio
- Assist in the merchandising and inventory of small selection of stock
- Assist in marketing tasks, Canva edits, and client relationship projects
- Collect and communicate effective feedback for the team
- Manage business Email inbox and respond to client questions
- Perform top notch customer service
What will the Hours look like?
We are looking for a candidate with flexible hours, as evening, weekend, and some holidays are required. We are currently looking for a candidate who is available for a minimum of 11 hours a week. A set schedule of Tuesdays 10am-6pm and Wednesdays 5:00-8pm. Our current Studio Reception hours are:
Monday 9:30-5:30pm, Tuesday 10-6pm, Wednesday & Thursday 9-8pm, and Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9a-5p. The studio is open by appointment only, and is subjective to the operating hours of our providers.
- 4-8 Hour Shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend, Evening, and Some Holiday Availability
What Skills are Required?
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently, possess initiative, tenacity, maintain a positive attitude, and have fun!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quality customer service ability and critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
- Organized and Experienced in Project Management
- Exceptional with organizing and prioritizing; attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Experience in G-Suite
- Experience with Apple products and Mac Desktops
- Experience with CRM Software
What Experience is Preferred?
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- Two years of reception or personal assistance experience
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Familiarity with communication tools like Slack and RingCentral
- Experience in creative design using Canva

Where is The Womb Wellness Center Located?
The Womb Wellness Center is located in the Solon Office Campus buildings in downtown Solon. Solon is an eastern suburb of Cleveland about 30 minutes southeast of downtown. We are conveniently located right off the route 422.

Part-time position hourly rate of: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
