Resident Care Assistant – Make a Difference Every Day!

Available Shifts:
- 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide residents with daily living assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with medication administration (with opportunity for further certification).
- Help prepare meals, assist with feeding, and engage residents in companionship and emotional support.
- Aid in housekeeping and laundry tasks.
- Document resident care and behaviors, and communicate updates to healthcare professionals and families.
What You Bring:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in healthcare or senior living is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-service focus.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
