Co-occurring therapists (substance use and mental health)
The Work Group seeks energetic, compassionate, dynamic, detail-oriented licensed mental health and addiction counselors looking to work in our outpatient behavioral health substance use co-occurring treatment center.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating psychotherapy groups.
- Conducting weekly individual psychotherapy counseling sessions.
- Treatment plan development.
- Conducting substance use assessments.
- Attending weekly clinical supervision/multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Providing client progress updates to referral sources.
Bilingual/Spanish preferred.

Since 2019, The Work Group has become a licensed outpatient treatment program. The program offers substance abuse and co-occurring services for adults, adolescents, and families in Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) settings.
