Location: In-Home Services (TheraCare Pediatric Services)
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
- Implement therapy plans designed by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to address the individual needs of pediatric clients.
- Provide direct therapy services in the home setting, focusing on speech, language, and communication development.
- Monitor and document progress, maintaining accurate and timely session notes.
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, families, and caregivers to support therapeutic goals.
- Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to continue skill development outside therapy sessions.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional guidelines for service delivery.
- Associate's degree or certification from an accredited SLPA program.
- Active SLPA license in the state of AZ.
- Pediatric therapy experience preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Reliable transportation to travel between clients’ homes.
