Responsibilities
- Perform intakes and assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular supervision of RBTs
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Current and unrestricted Board Certification/License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
