As a member of the MCS finance team, the Sr. Manager Finance will provide financial oversight to the Measurement Control and Sample Identification (MCS) business unit. This role will partner with MCS senior leadership to achieve targeted financial results.

The Manager, Finance will be a key leader for the UVNN management team, enabling teamwork between the business, finance organization, and senior leadership.

A day in the Life:

• Analyze and prepare financial schedules and partner with management team to drive profitable business decisions.
• Direct monthly close activities, including P&L and balance sheet reporting.
• Drive weekly forecast process and Annual Operating Plan construction.
• Educate other functional areas on the financial impact of their decisions and actions.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis as requested by management.

Keys to Success:

Education

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred.

Experience

• Five to Seven years meaningful experience.
• Strong analytical mentality
• Hyperion Planning and SAP experience is helpful.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
• Shown success in fast paced environments with frequently changing requirements.
• Handling multiple tasks in a sophisticated environment
