Associate Attorney

THEVOZ & Partners, Law Firm, PLLC is an international, boutique law firm with locations in the United States (New York, Austin, and Honolulu) and Switzerland, specializing in international tax law, corporate law, probate, trusts and estate litigation, corporate dissolutions, and general civil & business litigation.

We are looking for a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney based in Austin, TX. Business litigation experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and proofread discovery documents, pleadings, and motions;
• Legal research; communicate with clients, third parties, court personnel, co-counsel, and opposing counsel;
• Attend and assist with preparation for meetings, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials;
• Review and prepare all types of case-related documents.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Texas Bar;
• Minimum 4-5 years business litigation experience;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Good command of IT tools (MS Office, Outlook, Zoom);
• Ability to be a self-starter;
• Sound integrity.

Job Type: Full-time; M-F

Salary: $120-$160K based on experience ( discretionary annual bonus)
