We provide a distinctive staffing solution that our clients prefer over traditional outsourcing options, and we are seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional with experience in the outsourcing and offshoring industries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales efforts through prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively engage clients and understand their needs.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using tracking software.
  • Provide professional phone etiquette and outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record with global clients, supplying global resources in customer service, back-office support and call center resources.
  • B2B sales with a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach to sales with the ability to generate leads and close business.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and incorporate this knowledge into your sales strategy.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email, word processing, and sales tracking software.
  • Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude when interacting with clients.
  • Supplying talent from around the world

Compensation:

  • Annual salary of 80k with additional bonus opportunity up to 200k.
