Job Summary
You will act as a central resource for internal teams and external clients by keeping everyone on task according to planned timelines, deliverables, and expectations. You will be involved in every step of the way for projects — from scoping, developing timelines, and execution — while ensuring timely and accurate communication for the entire duration. There will be many types of projects to coordinate among development, IT, and workflow teams, making multitasking and impeccable communication crucial to success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide professional communication between external clients and internal teams, acting as a representative of Think Patented
- Utilize project management systems to ensure timelines, deliverables, and communication are adhered to and organized
- Distribute project workload evenly amongst internal team members (developers and IT)
- Manage time spent on projects to ensure allotted budgets are controlled
- Understand development and ecommerce fulfillment workflows to keep internal teams and clients organized and informed during and after project buildout
- Assist in ecommerce fulfillment management in coordination with the development team, fulfillment team, and clients
- Generate project invoices in coordination with the Think Patented Accounting team
- Create reports as requested from clients and Think Patented leadership
- Proactively identify initiatives that can continually improve internal processes, innovation, and efficient project coordination and client satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in Project Management, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2-years' experience in Project Management or Customer Service role
- Knowledge/familiarity of the software development, commercial print, and fulfillment industries
- Proven ability to use analytical, innovative, and quick-on-your-feet thinking in a fast-paced, multi-directional work environment
- Proactive follow-through and anticipate client and internal team needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide logical thinking to visualize, articulate, and solve complex challenges
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset
- Capable of adjusting schedules and priorities as tasks change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and macOS
- Proficiencies in Asana, Harvest, Adobe Creative Cloud suite, SQL, and any web development technologies are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
