Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, maintain records, and update databases accurately.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide customer support when needed.
- Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Order office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete special projects and tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
