Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Expertise in SAP FI and CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, CO, Product Costing, and Treasury.

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving IT project lifecycles.
- Industry experience in CPG/Manufacturing is a plus.

Thinking Minds Inc.'s client is seeking an SAP Finance Systems Lead to manage and enhance the company's financial systems, focusing on SAP S/4 FICO and RTR processes. The role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to implement solutions that align with financial and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership on SAP finance best practices and emerging technologies.
- Design and govern SAP S/4 FICO and RTR business processes, ensuring robust system configurations.
- Lead the migration to SAP S/4, designing roadmaps and deploying new processes.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation from solution design to post-implementation hypercare.
- Facilitate business process improvements for Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other finance areas.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to minimize risks related to software and third-party integrations.
- Act as a liaison between IT and finance teams, managing client relationships and ensuring process alignment.
- Mentor team members and manage external system integrators as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 7 years of SAP FI/CO implementation or support experience.
- Proven expertise in SAP configurations, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Product Costing, and Treasury.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP and third-party finance applications.
- SAP certifications and experience in supervisory roles are highly desirable.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with the CPG/Manufacturing industry.
- SAP S/4 migration experience, including functional design expertise.
