Job Description

As a Trust/Probate Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of complex trust and probate litigation matters. Your duties will include:

• Representing clients in contested probate proceedings, including will contests, trust disputes, and guardianship matters.
• Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and analysis.
• Preparing for and participating in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 6 years of litigation experience, preferably in trust and probate litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
